WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We are pleased to provide a full refund on any unused products returned within 15 days of purchase.

 

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM ONCE OPENED?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds on used products. In the event that you are unhappy with an opened product please contact us immediately and we will do everything in our power resolve the issue.

 

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM FOR ANOTHER?

HOW DO I PACKAGE MY ITEM FOR RETURN?

You may use any packaging of your choice which does not compromise the safety of the product.

 

MY ITEM WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT , WHAT DO I DO?
In the rare event that your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please send us an email with your order details at info@twenty20skincare.com and we will work to ensure you receive a full refund, credit or replacement on a case by case basis.
