How much does shipping cost?
We use Canada Post as our shipping courier and the costs are charged based off your order destination and weight:
Domestic Shipping (Canada)
Estimated Ranges: $12-$22 CAD
Priority Shipping: $20-$40 CAD
Estimated Ranges: $15-$31 CAD
Priority Shipping: $30-$60 CAD
Cost and delivery estimate will vary by location and is calculated by Canada Post
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by location, please allow up to 7 business days for shipping within Canada and up to 14 business days for the USA.
International shipping estimates vary by location
All orders received by 4pm on business days within 72 hours. Orders received on holidays and weekends will be processed the following business day.
Any customs or duties that may be incurred on your package are the sole responsibility of the customer, they are determined by the destination country and not by Twenty20 Skincare

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We are pleased to provide a full refund on any unused products returned within 15 days of purchase.
Can I exchange my item for another?
If an exchange is needed on unused products for whatever reason please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I return an open item?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds on used products.
In the event that you are unhappy with an opened product please contact us immediately and we will do everything in our power resolve to the issue.
My item was damaged in transit, what do I do?
In the rare event that your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please send us an email with your order details at email@example.com
We will work to ensure you receive a full refund, credit or replacement on a case by case basis.
How do I package my item for return?
You may use any packaging of your choice which does not compromise the safety of the product.
